You are responsible for setting up and managing your security preferences. You agree not to use the app to invade anyone's privacy or for illegal activity. You must not interfere with the app's functionality or attempt to hack, modify, or misuse the software.

The app requires access to your location, camera, microphone, and storage to function effectively. All data is stored securely on servers located in Mumbai, India (DigitalOcean). You must not use the app to: Spy or stalk others. Violate any law or regulation. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

We aim to provide reliable and accurate security services, but do not guarantee the app will prevent all forms of theft or unauthorized access. Foltax is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

All branding, designs, and technology in the app belong to Foltax. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foltax and its affiliates from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable laws or rights.

All purchases are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable Please review the subscription options carefully before purchase. Foltax does not auto-renew subscriptions. You may manually renew when your current plan ends.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be reflected in the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
